1. Click on the Braves Gear Tab at the top of the screen to enter the Braves Online Merchandise Shop. Once you have entered the online shop, select a merchandise category from the menu list on the right side of the screen by clicking on it.

2. Because some of the merchandise categories are separated into sub-categories (adjusted, fitted, children's), be sure you click on the sub-categories to view all available items. Once you have selected the type of item you are looking for, pictures of the items will be displayed in the center of the page. Next, click on the picture of the item that interests you. If you wish to VIEW ALL items of a particular category, simply click on the subcategory of that particular item and proceed by following the instructions below.

3. Upon clicking on the item, a larger screen will appear that will contain the description of the item, as well as a larger photo of the item. If you wish to purchase the item click “Add to Cart.” If the item does not interest you, click the “Back” button at the top of your computer screen to go back to the previous screen or select a different category on the menu list on the right side of the screen.

4. If you are ready to buy the item you have placed in your cart, click “Check Out.” If you wish to buy another item from the Team Store, select a new category from the menu list on the right side and continue shopping.

5. Once you click check out, you will have to enter your email address, mailing address, and phone number. You do not have to enter your credit card information online. You must enter the correct/current email address and phone number where you can be reached. If the email address or phone number is not correct, we have no way of contacting you for payment information and your merchandise will not be shipped. Once all of your information has been entered correctly, the site will ask you if you want to proceed with your order. If you press the 'proceed' button, the site lets you know that someone will contact you to get your billing information. You will get a tracking number so that you can check the status of your order.

6. If you're in Pearl, come visit the store in person. There may be new merchandise we haven't put on the site yet! We're open 9 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday throughout the offseason.
