2008 Group Catering

A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve any group or party within Trustmark Park. Deposits will be applied to the final balance. All group events must be booked at least one week prior to the event scheduled and are based on availability, no substitutions will be allowed. Menu selections/number confirmations, full balance and final payment must be paid in full 72 hours prior to event. Packages subject to change. Trustmark Park has three (3) areas where group events, parties and picnics will be held. These locations include the Braves Corporate Picnic Pavilion and two separate SignPlant Party Terraces on the Suite Level of the park.

Crystal Springs Ford Lincoln Mercury Picnic Pavilion

Located behind the left field Side of the Stadium. This area is a two-tiered pavilion with picnic table seating. Groups must guarantee a minimum of 100 guests to book this area Sunday through Thursday and 200 guests to book this area on Friday and Saturdays. Maximum 325 guests.

SignPlant 3rd Base Party Terrace

Located on the suite level of the park, the north party terrace is on the left field side of the park. Groups must guarantee a minimum of 30 guests to book this area, maximum 50 Guests.

SignPlant 1st Base Party Terrace

Located on the suite level of the park, the south party terrace is on the right field side of the park. Groups must guarantee a minimum of 30 guests to book this area, maximum 50 Guests.

Packages

Does not include price of game tickets. Must have game tickets designated for the specific area you are renting (no dugout seats, field seats, or berm area seat tickets are admissable for these areas.) All prices are per person. All packages are served buffet style and will be 90 minutes in duration. Serving times will be 6:00 pm for a 7:05 pm game and 12:30 pm for a 1:05 pm game.

Package 1: hot dog, chips, cookie, and a 20 oz soft drink, $8.50

Package 2: hot dogs and hamburgers, chips, potato salad, cookie, and 20 oz soft drink, $11.00

Package 3: hot dogs, hamburgers, and chicken sandwiches served with potato salad, cole slaw, baked beans, cookie or brownie, and 20 oz soft drink, $15.00
