• Minimum of 10 people required to book a birthday party at the stadium. Additional party tickets can be purchased at either $8.00 or $12.00 up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to the party. After 72 hours tickets purchased may not be seated with the party.
  
• $150 non-refundable deposit (credited towards the bill) is required to book a birthday party. Game tickets must be picked up and final balance paid in full 72 hours in  advance of the party date. At this time, entire balance becomes non-refundable.
  
• Party must be booked 7 days in advance of the requested party date. Parties are booked in first come, first serve order. Final numbers must be confirmed 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled party.
  
• Once the 10 person minimum is met, additional game tickets for parents who want to sit with the party (but not receive the party amenities) can be purchased at the regular ticket prices: $8 per additional field seat ticket, $12 per additional dugout seat ticket.
  
• Parties will take place at the picnic tables adjacent to the Braves Picnic Pavilion. Party start times will be scheduled from 5:30-7:30 depending on the number for parties we have on any given night in order for us to be able to give each party the time and attention they deserve.  The Mississippi Braves will provide a host/hostess for the parties.
  
• All Birthday Honorees must be at the top of Section 104 by the middle of the 4th Inning so they can go to the top of the Dugout at the top of the 5th Inning for the
  Happy Birthday Song.
