2006 TRUSTMARK PARK GROUND RULES
1. Any ball clearing the first level of signs is a homerun. In leftfield, the ball must clear the outfield wall for a homerun. At the bullpens, the ball must clear the wall for a homerun. In centerfield, the ball must clear the yellow stripe. Any ball that hits the batter's eye or tri-vision sign is a homerun. In rightfield, the ball must clear the 2nd tier of signs for a homerun. 2. Any ball lodged in, on, or behind the tarp is a dead ball, book rule. A player must have two feet on the ground to make a catch in the tarp area. 3. Dugouts -- Catch and Carry Rule. |
